• Grading -  How much dirt do we need to take out/ or bring in to achieve required slope per plan or according to owners request.
• Drainage- Which direction is required for the water to flow.
• Break out/ Haul off-  When breaking up and hauling off concrete we have to find out where  the nearest concrete recycling facility is.
• Concrete Ready Mix- We also have to coordinate with the nearest concrete plant with good quality concrete to achieve a good concrete finish.
• City permits- is the work the we are doing going to require a permit?
• Completion Time -Amount of Days to complete jobs, do we have to meet a deadline.
